1. Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds may be considered under the following conditions:
Technical Failures: If a technical error on our platform directly causes a failed transaction or prevents you from completing a critical service, you may be eligible for a full refund of the affected amount.
Unauthorized Transactions: If you report an unauthorized transaction from your digital wallet, we will investigate promptly. If confirmed as fraudulent, a full refund will be issued.
Service Dissatisfaction: If you are fundamentally dissatisfied with our core services and have not actively used your investment account, you may request a review within 14 days of your initial sign-up. Refunds in these cases are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
2. Investment Capital Refunds
Investing involves inherent risks, and the value of investments can fluctuate. As such, Naspay does not provide refunds for losses resulting from market performance.
However, if you choose to withdraw and refund your initial investment capital before the agreed-upon maturity period of an investment product, a 2% administrative commission will be deducted from the principal amount. This fee covers the costs associated with the early liquidation of the investment.
3. The Refund Process
To request a refund, please follow these steps:

Change of Mind: Refunds are not provided for a change of heart after a service has been rendered or an investment transaction has been successfully completed.
Investment Performance: We do not refund capital lost due to the normal market fluctuations and risks associated with investing.
Violation of Terms: Accounts terminated due to a violation of our Terms and Conditions are not eligible for refunds.
